  • Leading improvements for ERP systems and reporting platforms (Oracle and Power BI), including system optimization, automation and process redesign.
  • Understanding business processes, business systems, financial management principles and data within Finance to develop innovative solutions that result in strong business performance
  • Delivering training, developing materials, and guiding users through change with empathy and clarity.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation, risk mitigation, and operational excellence.
  • Monitoring performance metrics and ensuring standardized, best-practice approaches.
  • Providing expert consultation in areas like process mapping, re-engineering, and implementation planning.
  • Influencing cross-functional teams and driving meaningful change across the organization.

What’s required to be successful

  • A degree in Business, MIS, or a related field (CPA designation preferred)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with ERP (Oracle)
  • 5+ years of experience with finance business processes and process redesign
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI (including ETL work), Teams and related apps
  • Experience using Visio, SharePoint, Power Query and SQL queries
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and reporting
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas clearly
  • A self-starter mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
  • Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate consensus

As one of the successful Senior Advisors, you’re a systems thinker with a knack for connecting dots others might miss.
